Cancellation & Refund Policy
A 50 % deposit is required to secure each booking. To cancel a booking, the client must submit the cancellation request via email ( hlcs@hemenwayluxurycarservice.com) within thirty (30) days of the scheduled booking to receive 100% of the deposit amount. The client will receive 75% of the deposit amount if the cancellation request is submitted within three (3) weeks of the booking and a 50% refund of the deposit amount if the cancellation is submitted within two (2) weeks of the scheduled booking date. No refund is given within seven (7) days of the booking date.
